Communication--- the human connection---is the key to personal and career success.
Communication is an important part of our lives, without communication we can't convey our feeling with each other and may cause misunderstanding.
These are some ways to improve communication:
- You need to be a good listener
- Empathize
- Send the message through several different routes
- Repeat the message
